Visa is a conditional authorization granted by a territory to a traveler allowing them to enter, stay within in or to leave the territory. This visa will be applied by the travelers whose only purpose of visit in India is for some medical treatment. Maximum two attendants with every patient can travel to India and only blood relations are allowed. The applicants need to upload their scanned documents i.e. front face photo with a white background, the front page of their passport and letter approval from Indian medical Hospital stating their name and passport number.
The travelers who have accompanied a patient while traveling to India on an Indian e-Medical visa can apply for an e-Medical Attendant Visa. Maximum two attendant visas can be applied per patient, and only blood relations are eligible for the same. The applicants need to upload their scanned documents i.e. front face photo with a white background and front page of their passport and letter approval from Indian medical Hospital specifying their name and passport number.
After deciding which type of e-Visa the applicant needs to apply for he/she can go forward towards applying for the e-Visa. The applicants have to apply for e-Visa at least 4 days before their date of travel in India.
